 This is not worth the HD space waisted. All it did was find the entries but you need to buy the product to see if it actually fixes your errors.

I\'m a computer tech, network admin and IT manager with over 30 years experience, all I have to say is, not impressed. Installed the program, selected a rar file with a CRC error, all recovery toolbox did is constantly scan the file with no outcome. Re-tried several times then uninstalled.
 This software does exactlly what it says it will. Iwas looking for information about a broken rar and this program is the only one out of the many I tried that gave me the info i wanted .This program will not preform miracles but it does as stated.Great software thank you

 Good utility The advanced registry fix is very good, I have problem of getting registration key because I have no means of remitting the money to from Nigeria because I do not have credit card.

I had downloaded the wrong program. I was looking for a zip disc recovery program. Not about zip files with lost or corrupted data. So this program was not valuable to me at this time.Thank you for your interest for reedback.Gregg

This program did not work. It restored all the files in the zip as folders, not as jpegs and tifs.
Skip the free trial. You can\'t do anything useful in trial mode so why bother? Rather than the completely crippled \"trial\" version, how about a trial that lets the user extract exactly one corrupted archive or that disables itself after a very short trial period? I\'d actually like to see the product fix a corrupted zip file.Cheers,Dave
I\'m a 33 year veteran in the computing field. A Network Administrator and IT Manager. I run into bad zip files all the time. I have never come across a better and faster working utility such as DiskInternals ZIP Repair. It can\'t fix everything, but it does an awesome job on what it can reclaim. This tool is an absolute must for every IT toolbox.
Having successfully downloaded and installed ZIP Repair to recover a file that reported a \'damaged header\', it was disappointing to find it unable to do the job. However, that is not to say that there is anything wrong with the program because I am not convinced that repair is possible. I appears that the file was corrupted by using the Firefox Download Helper and this is a known issue for which I have been unable to find a satisfactory solution. On that basis I conclude that ZIP Repair did not fail to do its task. As good as it ...
